Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic product plans to drive adoption of genomics and proteomics technologies among research institutions, biotech firms, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate clients on the technical and scientific benefits of Genomax’s solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales) to refine product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies tailored to the life science sector.
- Identify emerging trends in genomics, proteomics, and biodiscovery to recommend product enhancements or new offerings that meet market demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), researchers, and decision-makers in the life science community.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of Genomax’s technologies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve user experience.
- Represent Genomax at industry conferences, trade shows, and scientific symposia to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or commercial role within the life science industry, preferably in genomics, proteomics, or biodiscovery.
- Proven track record in product management, technical sales, or application support for scientific instruments or reagents.
- Strong understanding of next-generation sequencing (NGS), mass spectrometry, CRISPR, or other advanced life science technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with scientific and non-scientific stakeholders.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia for client meetings, training, and industry events.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and results-driven with a passion for scientific innovation.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is a plus.
