Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in modern markets, baby shops, and retail chains in Bali.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding product distribution within assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance, gather competitor insights, and ensure compliance with trade agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging opportunities in the FMCG sector.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of managing modern trade accounts, baby shops, or similar retail channels.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and trade dynamics in Indonesia, particularly Bali.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
