Responsibility
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision for risk and compliance solutions, aligning with business goals and market demands.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, legal, and data teams to ensure seamless integration of risk models and compliance requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and adapt products to meet local and international financial regulations (e.g., OJK, BI, AML/CFT).
- Risk Assessment: Develop and refine risk scoring algorithms, fraud detection mechanisms, and KYC/AML workflows.
- User-Centric Design: Conduct market research and user testing to create intuitive, secure, and scalable risk management tools.
- Performance Metrics: Track KPIs such as false-positive rates, compliance audit results, and customer trust metrics to iterate on product improvements.
- Cross-Border Expansion: Lead the localization of risk products for new markets, including Singapore and other ASEAN regions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years specializing in risk, compliance, or fintech products.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of risk modeling, fraud detection, or regulatory technology (RegTech). Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data analytics tools is a plus.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations (OJK, BI) and international standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).
- Agile & Lean Methodologies: Proven track record of delivering MVPs and scaling products in fast-paced environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to align technical teams, executives, and external partners.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
