Responsibility
- Lead the product lifecycle of Building Management Systems (BMS), from concept to launch and beyond.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and development teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to building automation and energy management.
- Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and financial models to support product decisions.
- Represent Honeywell at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote BMS solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably in the building automation, IoT, or smart technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, energy management, or related technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Passion for sustainability, smart buildings, and emerging technologies in the built environment.
