Responsibility
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Establish, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to prioritize features and deliver high-impact products.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Customer-Centric Development: Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and iterate based on insights.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and MVP development to scaling and sunset phases.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices in product management and continuously refine workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Product Lead, Head of Product).
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and modern tech stacks.
- Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams and senior leadership.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and a metrics-driven approach to product development.
- User-Centric Focus: Deep empathy for users, with experience in UX research and usability testing.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
