Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and market research to launch and post-launch evaluation.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to align product roadmaps with business objectives and consumer needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis and trend forecasting to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to source materials, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to iterate on product designs and enhance user satisfaction.
- Present product proposals and progress updates to stakeholders, using data-driven insights to justify decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations, sustainability trends, and emerging technologies to future-proof product offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the consumer goods or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products from concept to commercialization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research tools and data interpretation.
- Excellent project management abilities, with experience using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Creative problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with CAD software, prototyping tools, or PLM systems is an advantage.
