Responsibility
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market needs.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery and go-to-market execution.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor key performance metrics and iterate on product strategies to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the product development process.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B or B2C technology products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to advocate for the customer in product discussions.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, cloud computing) and their applications in product development is a plus.
