Responsibility
- Design, develop, and test switching power supplies and related power solutions to meet customer and industry specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and deployment.
- Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and prototyping to validate product performance and reliability.
- Optimize existing power solutions for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, troubleshooting issues and proposing innovative solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory standards to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
- Participate in product lifecycle management, from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, with a focus on power supplies or power electronics.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or PSpice.
- Strong understanding of power conversion technologies, including AC-DC, DC-DC, and high-frequency switching.
- Experience with compliance standards (e.g., IEC, UL, CE) and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
- Prior experience in a multinational company or global projects is a plus.
