Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit and other relevant software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure model accuracy and project alignment.
- Generate and manage BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure model integrity and coordination.
- Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM tools and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to BIM execution plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on Revit.
- Proven track record of completing at least 2-4 Revit projects.
- Excellent knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
