Responsibility
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automated farming systems to enhance productivity and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT, AI, and data analytics into agricultural processes.
- Conduct field tests and performance evaluations of new farming technologies and equipment.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of irrigation, fertilization, and climate control systems.
- Analyze agricultural data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sustainable farming practices, including waste reduction and energy efficiency.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in agri-tech, precision farming, and smart agriculture.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior internship or project experience in agriculture, automation, or sustainability is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in food production.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software, IoT devices, or agricultural machinery is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to work in field and office environments in Bali, with occasional travel to project sites.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
