Responsibility
- Lead trial engineering for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate multiple product development projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and refine prototypes and samples, conducting rigorous testing to validate performance and durability.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to streamline product development workflows.
- Identify and resolve engineering bottlenecks to accelerate time-to-market for new products.
- Document technical specifications, test results, and project progress for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards before mass production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product development, trial engineering, or R&D within manufacturing or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects with strict deadlines and budget constraints.
- Strong knowledge of material science, prototyping tools, and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision.
