Responsibility
- Design and develop hardware architectures for advanced audio products, including conceptualization, schematic capture, and PCB layout
- Create and evaluate prototypes based on product specifications and performance requirements
- Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
- Perform signal integrity analysis, power integrity analysis, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and reliability
- Conduct thorough hardware validation and debugging to meet quality standards
- Document design processes, test results, and technical specifications for internal and external stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in audio electronics and hardware development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development (5+ years for Senior/Staff positions)
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or similar)
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design, including audio signal processing
- Experience with high-speed digital interfaces (I2C, SPI, USB, etc.) and embedded systems
- Familiarity with EMC/EMI compliance and testing methodologies
- Knowledge of power management techniques and battery-operated device design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
