Omega 365 Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor for a 28-month contract in the vibrant and dynamic region of Bali, Indonesia. Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to meet project deadlines.
- Review and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, ensure quality control, and adhere to local and international electrical codes.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align electrical work with overall project goals and timelines.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on project status, resource allocation, and budget adherence.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all electrical systems and equipment are tested, commissioned, and documented before handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., Certified Electrical Inspector) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, standards (e.g., NEC, IEC), and safety protocols.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus but not required.
