Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in semiconductor production processes.
- Monitor and analyze equipment data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and efficiency upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all operational activities.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for audit and reporting purposes.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new semiconductor equipment and technologies.
- Provide technical training and support to junior technicians and team members.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar technical environment.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment, including lithography, etching, and deposition systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in semiconductor facilities.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
