You will play a key role in negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and implementing procurement strategies that align with business objectives.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for local and international suppliers, fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Operations, Logistics) to align procurement with business needs.
- Manage requests for proposals (RFPs), supplier evaluations, and selection processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes through data analysis and KPI tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. MBA or CIPS certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong understanding of global procurement best practices, cost analysis, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
