Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any delays or discrepancies to maintain smooth supply chain flow.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation using ERP or WMS systems.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Support warehouse operations by coordinating with teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of goods.
- Assist in the preparation of logistics reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address logistics challenges proactively.
- Basic understanding of import/export regulations and customs procedures is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin) are a bonus.
