Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align procurement activities with business needs.
- Monitor market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage supplier relationships, resolve disputes, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Oversee purchase orders, invoicing, and inventory management to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market dynamics, and risk management.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
