Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to meet company needs while optimizing costs and quality.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on cost, reliability, quality, and delivery performance.
- Monitor and manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, finance, operations) to align procurement with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Oversee shipping modes, lead times, and inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to stakeholders, highlighting KPIs and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost reduction.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and logistics is a plus.
- Certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a bonus.
