Responsibility
- Develop and maintain inventory planning models using VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and advanced Excel functions to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to forecast demand and align inventory with business needs.
- Monitor inventory turnover, lead times, and stock movements to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Generate detailed reports on inventory performance, highlighting risks and opportunities for cost savings.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess stock, stockouts, and obsolescence.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and ensure timely deliveries.
- Utilize ERP systems to track inventory data and generate actionable insights for management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or Food Processing industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
