Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining and improving data quality by identifying and correcting inaccuracies and inconsistencies.
- Support data analysis initiatives to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement data management processes and best practices.
- Help in the creation and maintenance of data documentation, including data dictionaries and process flow diagrams.
- Participate in data cleansing and enrichment activities to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Assist in the development and execution of data validation and verification procedures.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations that communicate data findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of data management principles, data quality, and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with data tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
