Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, customs clearance, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with local and international import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
