Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize upstream oil and gas processes, including extraction, separation, and treatment systems.
- Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies using industry-standard software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process designs with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
- Develop and implement safety and environmental compliance protocols in alignment with local and international regulations.
- Prepare detailed process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, and technical documentation for project execution.
- Provide technical support during commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of new or modified processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in upstream oil and gas process engineering, with a focus on design and optimization.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, ISO) and regulatory requirements for oil and gas operations.
- Proven track record in project execution, from conceptual design to implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with HAZOP studies and risk assessment methodologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or travel as required for project needs.
