Responsibility
- Oversee and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and progress updates.
- Implement cost-effective solutions and value engineering strategies to optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction or infrastructure development.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering design software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and permitting processes in Bali.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
