Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize plating processes to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.
- Maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including PLC-controlled systems.
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plating and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all operations.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plating engineering or semiconductor maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and other industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
