Responsibility
- Monitor and oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to align project execution with design and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks, delays, or deviations from the project scope.
- Prepare and present progress reports, including cost analysis, timelines, and resource allocation, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the integrity and durability of construction deliverables.
- Resolve technical issues and propose innovative solutions to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication between on-site teams, clients, and external partners to maintain project transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Licensed engineer is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, preferably in infrastructure or residential/commercial development.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to address on-site challenges.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local market practices is advantageous.
