Responsibility
- Develop and implement 5D industrial automation solutions tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to analyze customer needs and propose technical solutions.
- Design, test, and deploy PLC, HMI, SCADA, and robotics systems for industrial applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation systems, both on-site and remotely.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system manuals, schematics, and reports.
- Train end-users and internal teams on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in industrial automation and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation, preferably with 5D solutions, PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), or robotics.
- Proficiency in automation software tools (e.g., TIA Portal, Studio 5000, LabVIEW).
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
- Experience with HMI/SCADA development (e.g., WinCC, Ignition, FactoryTalk).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong project management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
