Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize valve and fluid system components for industrial applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance testing to validate system integrity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance) to streamline production and improve product reliability.
- Prepare and present technical reports, project timelines, and budget proposals to stakeholders and senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve fluid system failures, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in valves, actuators, and fluid dynamics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, API).
- Provide technical support to sales and customer service teams for client inquiries and custom solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3â5 years of experience in valve/fluid system design, hydraulic engineering, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, CFD).
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASME B16.34, API 6D, ISO 9001) and material selection for fluid systems.
- Experience with project management (Agile, Waterfall) and budgeting for engineering projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with global teams and clients.
- Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit support provided for eligible candidates).
