This is a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in industrial fluid components, offering a competitive salary up to $5,500/month, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), and a 3-month variable bonus.

In this role, you will drive innovation in fluid system design, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability for high-impact industrial applications. Based in Bali’s most dynamic regions—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions while enjoying a rewarding career path in a fast-growing industry.

If you’re a detail-oriented engineer with expertise in valves, pumps, or hydraulic systems and a passion for problem-solving, this role offers the perfect blend of technical challenge, professional growth, and work-life balance in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations.

Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and optimize valve and fluid system components for industrial applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance testing to validate system integrity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance) to streamline production and improve product reliability.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, project timelines, and budget proposals to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fluid system failures, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in valves, actuators, and fluid dynamics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, API).
  • Provide technical support to sales and customer service teams for client inquiries and custom solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in valve/fluid system design, hydraulic engineering, or industrial automation.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, CFD).
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards (ASME B16.34, API 6D, ISO 9001) and material selection for fluid systems.
  • Experience with project management (Agile, Waterfall) and budgeting for engineering projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to liaise with global teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (work permit support provided for eligible candidates).
