Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a Project Site Engineer to join their team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and drive project success from inception to completion.

Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor contractor performance, progress, and compliance with technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards and identify potential risks or issues.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical challenges and optimize project efficiency.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies to minimize on-site hazards.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E.) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering, construction management, or a similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other engineering software for design and project planning.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards (e.g., SNI, ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel.
