Responsibility
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with construction plans, specifications, and local regulations.
- Monitor and verify electrical installations, wiring, and systems for safety and code adherence.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines.
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, including non-compliance findings and corrective action recommendations.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks to mitigate on-site risks.
- Review material deliveries and ensure they meet quality and quantity requirements.
- Liaise with local authorities for permits, approvals, and compliance certifications.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and subcontractors on best practices and standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on electrical systems (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian construction codes (SNIs) and international standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Badung (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
