Responsibility
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collect, interpret, and present process data to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process optimizations and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Assist in the calibration, maintenance, and performance testing of manufacturing equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance productivity and quality.
- Prepare reports and documentation for process audits, compliance, and management reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production support (fresh graduates with internships are welcome).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, or statistical software).
- Familiarity with process monitoring systems, PLCs, or SCADA is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to a dynamic industrial environment.
