Responsibility
- Apply DOE, FMEA, SPC, and 8D methodologies to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
- Conduct JMP-based data analysis to drive continuous process improvements.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives, ensuring seamless transition from development to production.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans to enhance product quality.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in semiconductor manufacturing and process engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficient in DOE, FMEA, SPC, 8D, and JMP software for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) is highly desirable.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
