Responsibility
- Assist in the assembly and testing of mechatronics components in a semiconductor manufacturing setting.
- Follow standardized procedures to ensure precision and quality in all assembly processes.
- Conduct routine inspections and functional tests on assembled units to verify performance and reliability.
- Document test results, assembly procedures, and any deviations for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in assembly or testing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of mechatronics systems, semiconductor manufacturing, or precision assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with hand tools, measurement instruments, and basic testing equipment is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based role with the potential for extension or permanent placement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial but not required.
