Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for complex engineering initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business priorities.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and delays.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within the semiconductor, technology, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, high-budget projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
