Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and calibration of Canon imaging and printing equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure optimal performance of client equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for clients.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of Canon products.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, logs, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with Canon's service standards and safety protocols during all field operations.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring readiness for all service calls.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, preferably with imaging or printing equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electromechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regions.
- Certification in Canon products or similar imaging equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
