Responsibility
- Design, develop, and validate test plans, procedures, and scripts for server, rack, and semiconductor products in high-volume manufacturing.
- Lead failure analysis (FA) and root-cause investigations to resolve production defects and improve yield rates.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to optimize test processes and reduce cycle time.
- Implement automated test systems (ATE) and data-driven methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze test data trends to identify systemic issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (IPC, JEDEC, ISO) and customer-specific requirements.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on test protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing first-article inspection (FAI) and validation test criteria.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, preferably in semiconductor, EMS, or server/rack production.
- Hands-on experience with ATE (Automated Test Equipment), functional testing, and environmental stress testing.
- Proficiency in test software tools (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, C++, or similar) and data analysis platforms.
- Strong knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability) principles.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are advantageous.
