Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems for a new scheduled waste treatment plant.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations to support decision-making and project planning.
- Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and progress updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry standards (ISO, OSHA), and local regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support team development and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on waste treatment, industrial plants, or similar facilities.
- Proven track record in project management, system design, and commissioning of large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and automation technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks), process simulation tools, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with environmental regulations, ISO 14001, and OHSA standards.
- Ability to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support may be provided for exceptional candidates).
