Responsibility
- Lead the development and optimization of lithography processes for 300mm wafer fabrication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve process efficiency.
- Conduct advanced process characterization and yield enhancement studies.
- Implement and maintain process control systems to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in lithography and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a focus on lithography.
- Strong knowledge of lithography tools, techniques, and process integration.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
