Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement real-time motion control algorithms for semiconductor equipment using C++, Python, or embedded systems.
- Develop and maintain automation software for industrial machinery, ensuring high precision, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with mechanical and electrical systems for seamless operation.
- Optimize existing motion control and automation systems to improve performance, reduce latency, and enhance energy efficiency.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software components, including unit tests, integration tests, and system-level verification.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Document software designs, APIs, and system architectures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in motion control, automation, and semiconductor technology, and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on motion control, automation, or industrial systems.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or embedded C for real-time systems development.
- Experience with PLC programming, robotics, or industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, CAN, Ethernet/IP).
- Strong understanding of control theory, signal processing, and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to document technical specifications clearly.
