Responsibility
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for digital power supply and electronic components to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
- Implement Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT sensors, data analytics, and automation to enhance production capabilities
- Lead process validation and qualification activities for new product introductions (NPI) and existing product improvements
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate design specifications into scalable manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and FMEA analysis
- Identify and implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining or improving product quality and reliability
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for process-related issues using structured problem-solving methodologies
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and continuous improvement techniques
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering within power supply, electronics, or semiconductor manufacturing
- Proven expertise in digital power supply technologies and electronic assembly processes
- Strong knowledge of SMT processes, wave soldering, and automated assembly equipment
- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies including MES, IoT, and data analytics platforms
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and six sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and process simulation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis techniques (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
