Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of solar power systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar panels, inverters, and other system components.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports on energy production and efficiency.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to upgrade and optimize solar energy systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and maintenance staff.
- Document all maintenance activities and system performance data for analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations and maintenance of solar energy systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, and electrical components.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
