Responsibility
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals with technical requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and present technical reports, drawings, and documentation for internal and external review.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project engineering, with a proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia is advantageous.
- PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
