Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive time and motion studies to identify inefficiencies in production processes.
- Develop and maintain capacity models to optimize resource allocation and workflow.
- Analyze production performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on process enhancements and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., AutoMod, FlexSim) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, 5S, and TPM methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
