Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for semiconductor wafer tester projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, QA) and external vendors to align project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Monitor project progress using KPIs and metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks or technical challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement best practices in project management (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in semiconductor testing and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management within the semiconductor or microelectronics industry.
- Proven track record of managing wafer tester or similar high-precision projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Primavera) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., lithography, etching, testing) and industry standards (ISO, SEMI).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities.
