Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for infrastructure and construction projects using industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate potential conflicts in design and construction phases.
- Generate detailed construction drawings, schedules, and reports from BIM models to support project execution.
- Implement BIM standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all project deliverables.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM technology and recommend improvements to enhance project efficiency.
- Participate in project meetings and presentations to communicate BIM-related insights and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role, with a strong portfolio of BIM projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of BIM execution plans (BEP) and model coordination processes.
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
