Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM) and Technology (e.g., Cloud Infrastructure, Database) implementations for enterprise clients.
- Provide strategic consulting to C-level executives on digital transformation, process optimization, and ROI-driven solutions.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Oracle-based systems tailored to client needs.
- Mentor junior consultants and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Develop thought leadership content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations for industry events.
- Collaborate with sales teams to scope projects, craft proposals, and win new business opportunities.
- Stay ahead of Oracle’s product roadmap and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain) to advise clients proactively.
- Ensure project delivery adheres to Oracle’s best practices, timelines, and budget constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle consulting, with a focus on Applications (e.g., Fusion, EBS) or Technology (e.g., OCI, Autonomous Database).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud, SQL/PLSQL, APIs, and integration tools (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle ERP Cloud) are highly desirable.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments with global teams.
