Responsibility
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical, electronic, and computer-engineered systems to ensure peak performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions in equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Document all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Calibrate and test equipment to meet precision standards, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools, and recommend procurement of necessary supplies.
- Train junior technicians and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical/electronics maintenance and apply best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC systems, and industrial automation.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in shifts or on-call as required.
