Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive electrical maintenance programs for packaging production facilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Plan and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities for machinery and infrastructure
- Optimize energy efficiency and implement smart electrical solutions to reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve system reliability
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian electrical codes, international standards, and company safety policies
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules using CMMS software
- Prepare technical reports, budgets, and recommendations for electrical system improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and automation technologies
- Experience with packaging machinery or manufacturing environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical regulations and international safety standards
- Proficient in using CMMS and electrical design software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in multicultural environments and relocate to Bali (visa support provided)
