Responsibility
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely completion of electrical projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage inventory of electrical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability for all projects.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of electricians.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
