Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and present technical solutions that align with client needs and MoraRepublic’s offerings, ensuring a seamless presales process.
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments and gap analyses to identify client requirements and propose tailored IT and telecommunications solutions.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to stakeholders, highlighting the business value of Mora Telematika Indonesia’s solutions.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with client expectations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during client meetings, RFPs, and contract negotiations to drive successful deal closures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to position Mora Telematika Indonesia as a leader in IT and telecommunications.
- Mentor junior presales team members and contribute to the development of best practices, tools, and resources for the presales function.
- Support post-sales transition by ensuring smooth handover to implementation teams and addressing any technical queries during the onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles within the IT and telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of designing and presenting technical solutions to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and presales software (e.g., Demo Environments, RFP Tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
