Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance, performance, and security of all servers (hardware and software) across data centers, head office, and retail stores.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices for server and infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan, execute, and document system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff and support teams.
- Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and capacity planning for management review.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for hardware/software procurement and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong expertise in server hardware, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Hands-on experience with data center operations, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and storage systems.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices, firewalls, and disaster recovery planning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or VMware Certified Professional (VCP) are a plus.
